  8. Here's a drink taken from The Bartender's Guide by Patrick Gavin Duffy
  9. that I found, er, interesting. More can be found in the Guide. Good

  14. 1 Qt. Strong Black Tea
  15. 1 Qt. Rye Whiskey
  16. 1 Bottle Red Wine
  17. 1 Pint Jamaica Rum
  18. 1/2 Pint Dry Gin
  19. 1/2 Pint Brandy
  20. 1 Jigger Benedictine
  21. 1 Pint Orange Juice
  22. 1/2 Pint Lemon Juice

  24. Combine all ingredients in a large punch bowl with a block of ice. If
  25. found too dry, Sugar Syrup may be added. Decorate with twists of Lemon
  26. Peel. This makes a lot.
